Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of omnilift on the web, iOS and Android, operated by FestivLabs. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

omnilift is a strength-training planner and tracker: preset programs, a mesocycle builder, workout logging, progression suggestions, body tracking and a social feed. The service is free today; paid features, if ever introduced, will be announced with notice and separate terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Sign-in is by email one-time passcode; you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account.

3. Not medical advice

omnilift provides general fitness information and automated training suggestions. It is not medical advice, and no output of the app (programs, weights, rep targets, progression suggestions) is a substitute for the judgment of a qualified physician or coach. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. Stop training and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.

4. Assumption of risk

Resistance training carries inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your training decisions, including those informed by the app’s suggestions. Always use appropriate equipment, loads and supervision for your level.

5. Your content

You own the content you create (workouts, photos, posts). For social features to work, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display content you choose to share with other users. You can delete your shared content at any time; you are responsible for what you post.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harassing, hateful or impersonating content or behaviour.
  • No attempts to probe, overload or compromise the service or other users’ data.
  • No scraping, reselling or automated bulk access.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on providers listed in the Privacy Policy (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, app stores). Their availability affects ours; their terms apply to their platforms.

8. Service changes & availability

We may add, change or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your synced data, but you should not treat the service as your only copy of irreplaceable records.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of training suggestions, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FestivLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for personal injury arising from your training decisions. Total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently zero) or USD 50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FestivLabs from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: omnilift@festivlabs.com.
